I do feel like I’m doing something fundamentally wrong with the way I approached graphics here, but I can’t put my fingers to why so.

I’m struggling.
A Christmas/New Years raffle over at FFLand (which is a wonderful place and you all should join because look someone won a PSP case from there and it’s Final Fantasy fan game place that isn’t exclusive to fics or art or RP but a bit of everything and also the people are really pleasant and yeah you should join.)
Anyway. The_404_error won, and they wanted a Final Fantasy VI PSP case. So I carved this, likely to be the last PSP case I’ll ever carve. The real thing is far less blurry. Kept on forgetting to upload it until now.
So yeah. Zup.

Not to mention, given Terra’s story, being as functional as she was in the end itself was a victory for her.

I do struggle with most of Amano’s designs. While I love IX, unsure whether I’m game for another IX fan art. It prompted lots of questions, for sure. Like how many fingers does she have? Are those even fingers? That’s not a hand is it? What does her face actually look like? More questions?
I don’t even know how to do any anthro.

Day 29 – A game you thought you wouldn’t like, but ended up loving
I was pretty into Final Fantasy when I was a kid (not that I’m not now, since XIII awakened my inner FF fanboy…), so the idea of X-2 was blasphemy in my eyes. A sequel to a Final Fantasy?! How dare they! It even looks goofy and light hearted! How are they going to ruin the greatness that was the ending of Final Fantasy X?? Due to my Final Fantasy fanboyishness, I had to try it out. The result…I’ve beaten it 3 times within 80 some odd hours and nearly got 100% completion (I give up on some of the extra dungeons). The battle system was fast paced and…fun? Of course, the story was god awful, but it was nice to see the already established characters continue on more adventures. Paine was my favorite though. I almost wish she could have been in a proper Final Fantasy. Anyway…I love that game despite what all of the haters say. It’s not a classic or anything, it’s just really fun.
While I make no secret that I did not like X, and chances are that’s one of the core reasons I loved X-2 so much, I can’t agree more with the Paine comment. She has to be one of my all time favourite Final Fantasy characters.
Just a random thought, would I still like her if I play as her? I think I probably wouldn’t mind Squall so much if I didn’t have to go through all his inner monologue.
